First of all, you need to ensure that the membership form you fill out contains complete and up-to-date information. In case of any problems after your order, our customer representatives will contact you using the contact information in your membership details. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you entered. To avoid any problems during delivery, you must write your address in full detail.

 

How can I place an order?

To place an order through our website, you must first register as a member. After creating your account, go to the page of the product you wish to purchase, select your preferred color and size, and add the product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Then, click on "My Cart" in the upper right corner of the page, enter your shipping and delivery information as requested by the system, and then enter your payment information to complete your order.


Which shipping company will my order be sent with?

Your orders are shipped with our contracted shipping companies, Aras Kargo and HepsiJET.


How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee, calculated by the system based on your purchase from our website, will be indicated during the shipping selection process in the order stage. Except for defective/faulty/incorrect products, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. This fee is free for return shipments. However, if you return the product using a shipping company other than our contracted CARGO (Aras Kargo and HepsiJET), products sent with payment on delivery will not be accepted.


When will my order arrive?


Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days after your order is shipped. Depending on the distance, delivery time may extend to 2-5 days. Delivery times are longer in rural areas. To avoid any delivery delays, you can track your shipment using your tracking number to get detailed information about its status and location. Shipping companies do not operate on Sundays and public holidays. Therefore, orders placed on public holidays will be shipped on the first business day after the holiday ends. During special occasions such as New Year's, holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, shipping companies experience difficulties with delivery due to extremely high volumes. Therefore, to ensure smooth delivery on special days, please place your orders 2-3 days in advance instead of leaving them until the last minute.


How can I track my order status?

My order has been shipped. How can I check its status?

You can track your orders placed through our website by logging in to your account and viewing your order list on your "My Account" page. By clicking the shipping link next to your shipped order, you can track its status.


What should I check when receiving my shipment?

When your order is delivered, if the package is deformed, wet, or in any condition that could damage the product, open the package with the delivery person and check the condition of your products. If you find any damage to the products, ask the delivery person to prepare a damage report. The products for which a damage report has been prepared will be sent to us by the shipping company, and we will replace the products.


Returns

You can create a return request via WhatsApp Support Line +90 850 305 3421 within 14 business days after receiving your order. Items to consider when making a return request: The product must be within the return period (14 business days), unwashed, unused, with the price, collar or inner label intact, undamaged and in a resalable condition. Otherwise, the exchange request will not be accepted and the product will be returned to you via cash-on-delivery shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not accepted for promotional items and accessories. Except for defective/faulty/incorrect products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
