Return & Exchange

You can request an exchange within 14 business days of receiving your order via our WhatsApp Support Line at

Please note that the exchange request must be made within the 14-business-day period, and the product must be unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale. Otherwise, the exchange request will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to you via cash-on-delivery shipping. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Exchanges and returns sent via carriers other than our contracted carriers (Aras and HepsiJET) will not be accepted.
